For my money, it was not He-Man, but Thundarr the Barbarian who was the coolest cartoon blonde guy with a sword in the 80's.

However, I always thought it was neat that the good guy drew his power from a place that sounds like a bastion of evil: Castle Greyskull

How did you render some of those muscles? It looks like a photo collage, which is very interesting. Overall, try sharpening up some of your edges. And your background is a little too blurry. Also, it is very Red-Yellow-Blue color scheme. Try playing with more tertiary colors. Very cool, I loved He-Man also.

I loved He-Man as a kid too. And I have to agree with Dani comments. The picture feels a little unfinished. I like the cut paper/ peiced together feel of it.
